What is the walk to Emmaus?
The walk to Emmaus is an experience of Christian spiritual renewal and formation that begins with a three-day short course in Christianity. It is an opportunity to meet Jesus Christ in a new way as God’s grace and love is revealed to you through other believers. The Emmaus weekend gives participants an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of their faith in God, to receive the transforming grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, to relate closely with other persons who are seeking a deeper faith, and to rededicate their lives as members of the body of Christ called to ministry in the world. The idea is to renew life from the heart.

La caminata a Emaús es una experiencia de renovación y formación espiritual cristiana que comienza con un curso corto de tres días sobre cristianismo. Es una oportunidad de conocer a Jesucristo de una manera nueva a medida que la gracia y el amor de Dios se te revelan a través de otros creyentes. El fin de semana de Emaús brinda a los participantes la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre el significado de su fe en Dios, de recibir la gracia transformadora de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, de relacionarse estrechamente con otras personas que buscan una fe más profunda y de volver a dedicar sus vidas como miembros de el cuerpo de Cristo llamado al ministerio en el mundo. La idea es renovar la vida desde el corazón.
